	The TK850-HA modal unit adapts mechanical and strengthened assemblies, productions made smooth, production speed optimal and a high filling accuracy. Filling complies with cGMP standards. Easy change over of parts for varying tube dimensions. Under the hot air sealing system, hot air temperature is accurate for various settings without changing of parts, to provide an efficient seal for both plastic and laminated tubes. Hot air is applied on tube ends through a specially designed mold to without applying heat to the filling material within each tube. Production at high speed yet efficient, tube ends can be trimmed in various styles. The filling pump withdraws a preset volume, the filling nozzle corresponds with th CAM, empty tubes lifted upwards to commence filling and gradually descends while filling to minimize air being trapped within filled tubes. the hopper is maintained at a proximity with the filling nozzle to achieve high filling accuracy. Filling nozzle shuts immediately after each filling to prevent leakage. Easy and fast detachment of filling nozzle for cleaning or disinfection purposes without need of tooling. After sealing of plastic or laminated tubes comes the application of special trimmers to provide a variety of tube ends with plain cuts or optional R-shaped cuts, hang hole cuts or wave cuts. Machines cater to each individual customer's requirements. Varying types of machines provide a complete selection base of semi or fully automatic models adhering to uses for hair color, silicon and others.
