TK800-M model adapts mechanical gear drives and sturdy
frames,
enhances smooth operations while maintaining fast and accurate filling,
all
adhering to GMP standards.
Preset dosing pumps withdraws selected volume of mass and
a CAM
driven nozzle provides high accuracy filling. Progressive bottom up
filling
system minimizes air bubbles being trapped within filled tubes. Easy cleaning and sanitizing without tools
for nozzle cleaning.
Tube
ends offers a
selection of 3-folds, 4-folds or saddle-back folding equipped with
plain or
crimped finish. Coding available either
on single or double sides.
Machines
